Interesting piece by Eric Alterman at American Progress

Not a review exactly--he hasn't read THE NEW HATE, but he suspects it's important and laments the lack of an infrastructure (independent bookstores, newspaper reviews) that would get it (and other worthy left-leaning books) noticed.
